The HOA and CDD are collecting storm debris from the service areas and placing it in the empty lot near the 54 entrance.

The HOA has contacted the county and they will be picking up single family residential debris in the coming weeks.

 Please don't be alarmed if you see the debris being piled there as John Bishop, HOA President, has volunteered his time to move the debris

WOW!  Look at our monument and main entrance off SR54.  Trees have been trimmed and lights have been fixed.  Night view is a must!

Teeview Resurfacing

Teeview will begin to be resurface Monday March 11th.  Residents will need to park in the Cabana Pool parking lot beginning Sunday March 10th and should continue to park there until Tuesday March 12th when Teeview will reopen.

If you do not move your car to the Cabana Pool parking before the resurfacing begins, you will not be able to drive your car from your residence.

Have you seen the Fountain Lately?  

The pump has been upgraded and a color bulb has been added.  It looks GREAT!

Community Social is a new feature of our website only for Lake Bernadette Residents.  It is much like the Lake Bernadette Residents FaceBook page or the NextDoor community, but all in one place.

Community Social will allow you to:

• Chat with a friend or neighbor
• Alert the community to important topics like strange activity, scams, etc.
• Create a special intrest group
• Share local events
• Ask or Make a recommendation about a business, service, etc.
• Praise a neighbor
• Ask a question
• Take a poll
• And much much more......

You must register using your full name, no alias'.  Posts need to be positive and productive.  If you are posting about a concern you have about our community, you will not post negativity, nor will you belittle your neighbors.  This will result in  being banned forever.

The Lake Bernadette Clubhouse has many activities for residents:

• A fully equipped gym is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm weekdays and 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sat and Sun
• A heated swimming pool is open year round 9 am to dusk 
• Aqua Aerobics are  MWF 11 am
• Bingo is held 1 pm Mondays
• Cards are held 1 pm Wednesday
• Poker 5 pm Wed
• Scrabble 10 am Thursday
• Zuma Classes Mon and Wednesday 6:30 pm
• Line Dancing every Thursday at 12 noon
• Swim, Tennis and Karate Lessons are also available
• The Clubhouse is available for residents to rent for $75 for four hours and $25 for each additional hour.  To reserve the Clubhouse for your next event, contact Dan Nesselt, Clubhouse Manager, (813) 788-7690.

The CDD operates the Clubhouse, as well as the playground, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts.  The Clubhouse is closed on all major holidays.  Only members of the CDD can participate in the activities at the Clubhouse and use the Clubhouse facilities.

Food trucks frequent the Lake Bernadette Community.  When a food truck is scheduled to be in the community, the truck will be located n the parking lot next to the Cabaña Pool and the Playground.  Food Truck schedules can be viewed by going to the Lake Bernadette Food Truck Foodies or the Lake Bernadette Residents Facebook pages or by going to the Best Food Trucks Lake Bernadette website.

The Pickleball Court is now open.  It is located in the area of the fenced basketball court on Golf Links Blvd.  A key card is required to enter.  Keycards are available for a $5 charge at the Clubhouse for all residents of Lake Bernadette.  Pickleball paddles and balls are available for checkout at the  Clubhouse.
